To integrate academic and industry resources and provide essential support for young artistic creators, the O-Bank Education Foundation continues to organize the "Stars of TiDing 2.0" project grants. This initiative encourages teachers and students from university arts-related departments, as well as young creators within three years of graduation, to expand their cross-disciplinary perspectives. It aims to connect art with society and practice social care through collaboration and co-creation.
The 2027 call for submissions features three categories: Visual Arts, Music, and Performing Arts. Notably, the Visual Arts category incorporates an annual curator system to guide creators in responding to contemporary issues. The Music and Performing Arts categories welcome diverse styles and formats, encouraging both single-discipline and cross-disciplinary applications.
In addition to project funding, selected teams will have the opportunity to utilize the art gallery and concert hall on the first floor of the O-Bank Group headquarters—a versatile space for public engagement and corporate exchange—to present their exhibitions, performances, and educational outreach activities.
"Stars of TiDing 2.0" goes beyond providing a one-time stage; it serves as an ongoing platform to accompany the growth of young artists. Through interactions with curators and consultants, a mentorship system, and the "Stars of TiDing Lecture Hall" capacity-building platform, the program offers comprehensive professional support. It empowers the next generation of creators to unleash their creative energy and ensures that more promising works have the opportunity to be seen.
