For the second year, Taipei Art Week joins forces with Taipei Lumitree to present a digital art screening program, bringing contemporary art beyond gallery walls and into the ever-changing light and rhythms of everyday urban life.
This year, four Taiwanese artists—Aluan Wang, Jinyao Lin, Yen Tzu Chang , and Yu-Hao Hung—are invited to present their distinct creative perspectives through moving images that engage in a dialogue with the city. Through these works, art takes on new forms within the urban landscape, offering fresh ways to see, experience, and imagine the world around us.
During the program, the works will be screened daily from 08:00 to 20:30 at the Taipei Lumitree Light Corridor, with screenings taking place every 15 minutes. Each screening runs for a total of 180 seconds. As images unfold through light and shadow, art and the rhythms of city life intertwine, inviting passersby to pause, rediscover their surroundings, and experience new ways of perceiving the urban environment.
Take a stroll through the city and encounter unexpected artistic landscapes within familiar streets. Let moving images become a medium connecting the city, perception, and imagination, and discover fleeting moments of poetry hidden in the ever-shifting play of light and shadow.
