Danny LIU, a fiber artist renowned internationally for his work, was born in Taiwan in 1947. Through the creation of unique fabrics by world-renowned fashion designers, his innovative visual compositions and distinctive craftsmanship have established a unique style in international fiber art. He is passionate about natural colors and skilled in the sewing techniques of fiber art production. He deconstructs large quantities of fiber fabrics of different colors, recombining them with innovative visual appeal to present a continuous creative idea.
From December 2025 to March 2026, at the invitation of the Pingtung County Government, he held a solo exhibition at the Kanhai Art Museum as part of the Pingtung County Luoshanfeng Art Festival. The exhibition attracted record-breaking attendance for a single solo exhibition since the museum's opening.
Danny LIU was also invited to exhibit at the Fashion and Textile Museum of London, receiving a tremendous response. This further propelled Taiwanese fiber art onto the international stage.
