Walking from Songshan Cultural and Creative Park toward the Taipei Dome, 《Time Flowing Loop》 emerges from the concrete pathway, gradually extending and peeling away, transforming into a streamlined slope of steel bars and metal pipes, and ultimately forming a circular ring. This ring encloses the newly planted triangular site, shaping it into an island of dreams that beckons visitors to come closer.

Beginning with concrete seating that stretches toward the Dome, the structure gradually fades with the undulating terrain, leaving behind exposed steel bars that form the flowing loop — like a bridge connecting the past and the future.
