《Flowingly Blows the Breeze 》is composed of multiple yet simple elements, broadly distributed above the walkway. Each mechanical unit passes through reinforced glass, forming an upper and lower section: the upper part moves with the wind and generates electricity, while the lower part visualizes the aggregated wind direction. The ribbons represent a river, carrying these elements. When the wind arrives from above, the work truly “drifts,” breaking through the wind and reappearing. After the wind passes, the airflow along the walkway lessens, and rain no longer disturbs pedestrians — but the wind does not vanish. It remains as a flowing shadow on the ground, a reflection visible whenever one looks up.
