Chuan Cheng Art Center (CCAC) was established in 1990 as a professional Art Agency. In early stage, the establisher of CCAC, Mr. Oliver Chang, devoted to carry forward of Chinese Modern Ink and Color Paintings. CCAC developing to Asia area in these five years and Japanese artist Chihiro Nakahara joined CCAC’s exclusive agency.
Director Mr. Oliver Chang leading agency artists of CCAC to attending exhibitions active and full of experience in Mainland China and Taiwan area. Now Gallery located at Taiwan Taipei.
