The exhibition draws inspiration from Heraclitus’s notion of panta rhei—“everything flows.” All things, from mountains and rivers to cities and human lives, exist in constant transformation. Change is inevitable; no one can step into the same river twice.
From the creation of finite life to the enduring presence of art, the exhibition reflects on how human expression transcends time. Through calligraphy, painting, and moving images, Chu Chen-Nan transforms fleeting breath into enduring form—turning life into matter, and matter into memory.
In an ever-changing world, art becomes a vessel that resists oblivion, carrying the resonance of body, time, and spirit across the flow of all things.
