"So Noisy, So Silent" is to describe the seemingly contradictory states of noise and silence. While these two conditions are opposites in auditory perception, their interaction in space can create a misconception of spatial distance, along with a sense of time distortion and uncertainty. As time progresses, the repeated conflict between noise and silence continually reshapes, breaks, and reforms the space, transforming it into a new, mysterious, and unpredictable sonic environment.

Looking back at Wang Fujui’s body of work, he has consistently pushed the boundaries of sound art. By minimizing visual elements, he emphasizes the initial power of sound, allowing the audience to experience its most primal and authentic force. The three works presented in this exhibition center around trajectories, vibrations, and rotations as key methods of sound production, exploring the subtle relationship between sound, space, and human perception.
