O-Bank Education Foundation

Since its establishment, the O-Bank Education Foundation (O-BankEF) has emphasized "learning, innovation, and sustainability" in holding a series of events designed to encourage entrepreneurism. We have held the WeWin Entrepreneurship Competition for ten years, attracting a total of 5,000 entrants. As a result of this competition, the Bank has supported the start-up of 23 new businesses.

In recent years, amidst the emergence of an increasingly pluralistic society, the O-BankEF has held a variety of different cultural and arts activities. The “Stars of Tiding” Project Grants has now been held for 15 years and benefitted about 1,321 promising young artists. In 2022, the Project Grants transfers to “Stars of Tiding 2.0”,encouraging young artists working in collaboration between creativity and society. After many years of hard work, O-Bank has become something of a cultural and arts center for the Neihu Technology Park.
