Taishin Bank Foundation for Arts and Culture
The Taishin Arts Award was founded in 2002 by the Taishin Bank Foundation for Arts and Culture. The Award acknowledges creative achievements in works of visual, performing and inter-disciplinary arts, a pioneering idea among arts awards at home and abroad. In addition to the Taishin Arts Award, the Foundation is also dedicated to the promotion and supporting of arts and cultural activities and events. Within the corporate, the Foundation combines the corporate’s resources and utilizes spaces in the headquarter of Taishin Financial Holdings to regularly present exhibitions and performances. Apart from the 1st-floor lobby exhibitions and the noon concert series in the 2nd-floor’s Yuan Hall every other Fridays, the Foundation also organizes cultural and artistic film screenings, art talks and art programs for the corporate staff.

O-Bank Education Foundation
Since its establishment, the O-Bank Education Foundation (O-BankEF) has emphasized "learning, innovation, and sustainability" in holding a series of events designed to encourage entrepreneurism. We have held the WeWin Entrepreneurship Competition for ten years, attracting a total of 5,000 entrants. As a result of this competition, the Bank has supported the start-up of 23 new businesses. In recent years, amidst the emergence of an increasingly pluralistic society, the O-BankEF has held a variety of different cultural and arts activities. The “Stars of Tiding” Project Grants has now been held for 15 years and benefitted about 1,321 promising young artists. In 2022, the Project Grants transfers to “Stars of Tiding 2.0”,encouraging young artists working in collaboration between creativity and society. After many years of hard work, O-Bank has become something of a cultural and arts center for the Neihu Technology Park.

CTBC Foundation for Arts and Culture
In 1996, the CTBC Foundation for Arts and Culture was established to stimulate the art and cultural environment in Taiwan and elevate cultural literacy among the general public. In earlier years, the foundation focused on theater operations;in 2015, it underwent a transformation and initiated a three-pronged approach to support performance arts, promoting visual arts, and fostering arts and culture education. The foundation organizes the CTBC Arts Festival annually, to promote performing arts, and create culture exchange opportunities between global and local communities. Starting from 2021, the foundation holds the CTBC Painting Prize biennially, the only award focusing on contemporary painting in Taiwan. It provides a substantial prize of 2 million, encouraging young artists to explore their creativity with contemporary approaches and support unique and innovative voices. Hong Foundation
Since its founding in 1971, the Hong Foundation had invested in promoting education and fostering culture in the fields of literature, history, philosophy and music. It has established the iconic "Shu Ping Shu Mu Review of Books and Bibliography," the Hong Foundation Audiovisual Library, the Culture For Business Academy and Minlong Forum, leading the way in cultural and educational innovation at the time. After 2000, the foundation broadens its scope to contemporary art. Through commissions and direct sponsorships, the foundation provides sponsorship programs of varying scales to artists working at various stages of their careers. In 2023, the foundation collaborates with Rijksakademie, the international artist residency, to establish scholarships for Taiwan art projects.
