Fish Art Center is a contemporary art gallery located in the Zhongshan District of Taipei. Since its founding in 2003, the gallery has been dedicated to promoting young contemporary artists from Taiwan and actively participating in international art fairs to enhance the global presence of Asian contemporary art.
Gallery Features and Recognition
Curatorial Programs: The gallery organizes approximately 8 to 10 exhibitions annually, showcasing a diverse range of media including sculpture, painting, sound, and video. Its rich and vibrant programming is well-received by the public.
International Recognition: Fish Art Center was selected by the British online media platform Culture Trip as one of the“Top 10 Contemporary Art Galleries in Taipei” in 2013, 2014, and 2016, reflecting its achievements in promoting contemporary art.
Artist Representation: The gallery currently represents several contemporary artists from Taiwan and China. Their works are widely collected by museums and private collectors. The gallery also collaborates with various local and international artists and curators to foster artistic exchange.
