Apollo Art Gallery will feature the concept of "The Extended Family," combining members from seven different generations and cultural backgrounds. These members influence each other at times and express themselves individually at others, presenting a microcosm of generational coexistence with diverse representations.

LIU Keng-I's large-scale oil and pastel works are full of tension, a response to his uncompromising view of reality. The colors and themes reflect his longing for peace, love, and freedom, while also conveying a sense of sorrow and loneliness. Hilo Chen is an internationally renowned painter with a surrealistic style. He is best known for his photorealistic paintings of the female figure, including works like a woman in the beach, bathroom, and bedroom. Additionally, he is particularly interested in portraying beach women. He is good at using spray guns and brushes to express women's delicate skin. Realist painter and educator YIM Mau-Kun is deeply influenced by the Repin school. His skilled brushwork brings his realistic works to life, especially his portraits, which are finely detailed and vividly expressive, serving as a model for many art students. DAI Bih-In, who has years of study and living experience in Spain, returned to Taiwan to learn traditional papermaking and presents abstract expressionist works on handmade paper, creating unique textures that transcend conventional painting techniques. HUANG Chiou-Yue, who also creates in the abstract expressionist style, balancing traditional and modern, Eastern and Western, rational and emotional elements to showcase her unique personal style. HUANG Chih-Cheng employs cutting-edge AI technology to generate themes and compositions, skillfully applying metal foil on so called“Chun-Ju”paper and using hand coloring and line drawing to create distinctive two-dimensional works. The concise composition and elegant tones on KUO Jun You paintings are describing his own life. These seven artists from different generations and cultural backgrounds showcase "Generational Imagery" at Apollo Art Gallery, expressing creativity and diversity through various media.

During the exhibition, there will also be a "Live Portrait Oil Painting Event", which marks the first time in 37 years that Yim Mau Kun will hold a public live exhibition at the Apollo Art Gallery.
