333 Gallery

Founded in 2013 and soon approaching its tenth anniversary, 333 GALLERY is an art exhibition space carefully managed by JSL Auction, a pioneer in Taiwan's art auction industry. The driving force behind both 333 GALLERY and JSL's longstanding efforts to cultivate a diverse art market is the Wufeng Lin family, a key figure in shaping and witnessing the evolution of Taiwan's century-long art and cultural history. As the current leader of 333 GALLERY, Maxime Lin, a member of the new generation, plays a vital role in bridging the past and the future. Facing the challenges of balancing tradition with innovation, Lin, with his profound aesthetic knowledge and bold approaches, has successfully forged new paths. On one hand, he brings a fresh and diverse roster of emerging artists to the gallery, while on the other, he expands the gallery’s reach by introducing a new operational model that spans auctions, education, and galleries. In recent years, he has also actively participated in art fairs, increasing visibility across different generations and social groups, and has explored pathways to engage with younger collectors.

In recent years, under the leadership of a new generation, 333 GALLERY in Taipei has demonstrated vitality and a refreshed identity through its dynamic and diversified strategies. With a goal of reaching a global audience and promoting local Taiwanese artists while introducing artists from around the world, 333 GALLERY was officially recognized in May 2022 as one of the galleries to participate in Taiwan's top art exhibition, Taipei Dangdai. The gallery aims to establish a distinctive brand image and status among young, middle-aged, and senior collectors, fostering opportunities for cross-generational dialogue and art collecting.
